The Client
World Trade Center is a global network of corporate hubs found in major cities across the world, combining office towers, commercial areas, and event spaces. In one of its locations, home to a growing number of international companies and professionals, the marketing team set out to create a unified mobile experience. The goal: to offer exclusive benefits, event access, and relevant news to all employees working in offices within the complex—and to enable them to discover and redeem those benefits directly from their phones.
The Challenge
Until then, communications were scattered across emails, posters, and internal newsletters—with no personalization or measurable engagement. Paper coupons were easily lost, merchants had no way to assess performance, and there was no centralized data on campaign effectiveness.
One key requirement was to integrate the shopping center's loyalty card with the CRM, paving the way for a future points-based program. The app had to be visually appealing, easy to use, fully trackable, and able to function even without an internet connection.
The Solution

We built a fully integrated mobile experience that transforms everyday office life into a more connected, rewarding journey:
- When logging in, users are greeted by name, shown local weather in real time, and presented with personalized highlights: a midday talk, an after-office networking event, a limited-time lunch promo, or news that matters to their day.
- In the Events section, users can browse a smart calendar filtered by date or category, register in a single tap, receive reminders, and share events with colleagues.
- The Benefits section features a personal digital card with a unique QR code and a curated catalog of offers. Users can instantly redeem discounts—from cafés and gyms to tech shops and wellness services. Each redemption is tracked and validated by merchants through a streamlined web interface.
- A smart notification system delivers relevant, non-intrusive alerts tailored to each user's preferences and behavior.
- Meanwhile, a web-based back office gives the marketing team full control to launch content, manage campaigns, configure dynamic carousels, and analyze engagement in Power BI—tracking everything from top-performing offers to most active hours and user segments.
- Behind the scenes, the app syncs with the shopping center's CRM, enabling each user's history to enrich future campaigns and laying the groundwork for an integrated loyalty strategy.
